We are introducing the new version 2025.6.1.2 of the Appius-PLM Technical Document Management system. This update significantly enhances key components, including the implementation of the standard subsystem library version 3.1.10, increasing the system's functionality and expanding its usability. The Nanocad integration module has also been updated, ensuring a more seamless and efficient data exchange. Furthermore, the author's supervision log interface and taskbar have been improved, numerous improvements have been made to optimize the system, and a number of bug fixes have been implemented, making the system easier for users to use.
The "Author's Supervision Records" list form has been redesigned to ensure consistency with the column settings in the JAN for tabbing log entries.
As-Built Documentation
This version introduces a new "As-Built Documentation" subsystem, automating the process of maintaining general and specialized work logs with the ability to certify entries with an enhanced, qualified electronic signature.
The new module allows for the generation of incoming inspection reports for materials and equipment, linking them to quality documents, and generating printed forms.
Electronic forms of as-built documentation reports have been developed, linked to entries in Section 3 of the general work log, as well as regulatory and accompanying documents. A printed form of reports has been developed in accordance with Order No. 344 of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated May 16, 2023, with the ability to generate as-built documentation registers.
Multiple filtering has been added: users can simultaneously enable and disable selected filters. This will allow for more flexible task display customization based on specific needs.
The "In Progress" grouping logic has been changed. Tasks with the "Deferred" and "Rejected" statuses are now excluded from the grouping. As a result, users will receive more accurate information about tasks in active progress, displaying only those tasks with the "In Progress," "Revision," and "Ready for Delivery" statuses.
The comment submission window interface now features filtering by the current reviewer if they are part of a group of performers. This allows users to quickly find all comments issued by a specific reviewer.
A connection has been implemented between the discussion table and the discussion results. Each entry in the discussion table is now directly linked to the corresponding discussion results, allowing for faster information retrieval and analysis.
Author's Supervision

Organizations
The "Incoming Message Numbering" and "Outgoing Message Numbering" fields have been added to the "Organizations" directory. Users can now configure unique numbers for incoming and outgoing correspondence within each specific organization.
Importing External Comments
In the new version of Appius-PLM TDO, the module for importing external comments on documentation has been updated to match the updated form specified in the project documentation management procedure.
